Why is that most of your traveling Yolk "Shop" locations in California? Why not a wide range of places? I also think you guys should have a stable location so that people can go into your store and just buy stuff, plus its cheaper..but then of course we are asian and more money means the better. I would really like to order some of the merchandise but I'm not one to trust online shopping. Great site! Thanks!

Hi Yolk crew! You guys have the best production, I like the magazine and the web site. I live in Gainesville Florida we have a good amount of Asian students at our school. I came across your link from Deepvision.net. We have a growing population of Asians migrating to Florida. Tons of Rice Burners here too HEHEHEHE!
I have one of your cool shirts, it's old but awesome: Got Rice? Keep up doing what you're doin. YOLK ROCKS!

Hi there everyone:
At first I didn't have a clue what YOLK magazine was, but now I do and I am glad that I took the step in finding out. It is a great way to promote asian cultures. Keep up the good work to all the hard workers who make this magazine possible.

I'm not a regular of yolk magazines, but I do believe that the cover has been an issue in regards to who should be on it.I am a college student attending St.Paul Tech, majoring in Computer Network Engineering.....What I would like to see on the cover is HMONG. yes we are a minority group but we do need to be recognized......we have had our community achievements, to world achievements, but yet the outside world still refuses to recognize us as who we are. Alot of people consider us as Chinese, Laotion or something else that is Asian that they are familiar with but what they don't know is that we are something else. We have a whole different langauge, religion, beliefs, and aspects of life or different. What my point is, is that I would like to see HMONG representatives on the front cover. I'm not saying that YOLK is not doing a good job....don't get me wrong you are.....but the fact is ...is that if one can make a difference, it makes a difference to all that is around them as well. So even though the outside world in some way does not recognize us......I believe that there are other sources for many different types of backgrounds to be able to educate on "My People." I hope that I do find something as to my opinion. Other than that Good Job Yolk!

I'm disappointed in not seeing any male models/entertainers on the covers. I guess Yolk magazine is too concerned with integrating the lure of the dragonlady prostitute into their image to be concerned with such trite matters. At least the fashion spreads have tasty visuals. Sign me up for a subscription when covers with hard pectorals rather than doublets of mammary glands become more frequent.

I'm always asked where ever I go, where I got my "Got Rice?" t-shirt. So I tell them Yolk.com. Now I need to get the "Got Pho?" t-shirt too. How about bringing back the "Got Kimchi?" t-shirt?
