first off i would like to say that your magazine is GREAT. i enjoy the variety of cultural quips, and find it entertaining and awkwardly...addictive, like pho. I write not only to inform you of my opinion, but also because i would like any help you could give me, in contacting Nicole Bilderback. she's the reason i started reding your magazine in the first place.
and if you have any posters, you'd like to give away----e-mail me.

this magazine is doPe! but to all of you who are worried about 'losing' your azn pride and identity in the USA, stop your worrying and just continue to B yourselves. your pride shines when you teach ignorant people about your heritage, food, culture, and language.
azn culture is so cool and unique and with it, and *most* non-hispanic european descent people welcome it... as for the ones who don't welcome it, too bad for them 'cause they are missing out.
take it from this white guy, the growing azn influence on the USA is good! c'mon! you already knew that! ;P

***Did you also know that according to the US Census South Asians (Indians) are at the top of everyone of these stattistics. South Asians are a part of the Asian American community as well, and soon they will be the largest fraction of the human race! Yet why aren't they represented in your magazine? Are they not Asian enough? Lets see India did create Buddhism, which is the key stone of most Asian Values.
They are part of pop entertainment in America as well. In fact look at hip hop artists sampling Indian beats. And there two major rock bands No Doubt, and Sum 41 have Indian members. A new comedey made by Universal Pictures which is comming out in 2003 called "The Guru," has Heather Graham playing a romantic role with a South Asian. I'd say thats pretty ground breaking, but I doubt I'll see an on any of these topics in your "Asian-American" magazine.

This is my first visit apon this site, and Ive seen beauty in a great light, Its inevitable that this site was just one that just happened to be found. In my mind its fate that brought me here, now my sense of honor seems to be so much more clear. It's unimaginable how much this site means to me, it's something noone could ever understand to be; cause from the land that surrounds me, theres not much of my color that you can see, and I was starting to lose my sense of aZn pride, and when I stumbled apon this site, it's like an inevitable moment in time; that was a moment in past and a vision in future; a subconscienous reflection of perfection that gave me a sense of pride in my heritage, my past, and my future.
